The project is a new four-story mixed-use building.
The mixed-use building consists of a ground level new commercial and restaurant space, with condominiums above. All parking will be provided in a covered garage on the ground level. Located on El Camino Real across the street from the Caltrain Station and a block from great restaurants, shops, farmer’s market and other amenities offered on Laurel Street in the downtown. San Carlos’ location almost equidistant from San Francisco and San Jose appeals to residents who work in either major city but want to live and enjoy a quieter “small-town” lifestyle.
